SOULVARS Description
Fights and battle animations that are dynamic, as well as a deep personalization mechanism. A global network in which even the made-up idea of the soul may be translated into digital form and transmitted. In exchange, the unexpected development of malformations puts people’s lives in danger. The main characters make use of a gadget called the Soul Driver, which transforms souls into data. They are employed in a certain municipality and are tasked with eradicating the abnormalities that pose a risk to the local population…
During a fight, soul bits, also known as hand cards, can be drawn from gear (also known as equipment) and employed as actions. It is decided upon which combinations of primary weapon, subweapon, armor, and accessories will make up the Strategy (deck).
During a fight, only one soul bit can be chosen on the initial turn; however, the number of soul bits that can be chosen at once can rise based on the opponent’s weaknesses, guarding, dodging, buffing, or debuffing, as well as a variety of other situations. The ability known as Arts is activated when a specific combination of soul bits, or cards currently held, are chosen at the same moment.
